Q:  Is this is strict diet?

A:  There are food guidelines to follow for optimal results, however, you have choices within these guidelines to best suit your needs while still getting great results.

Q:  Is there lots of food prep required?

A:  There is some food prep required, however we give you strategies to minimize the time you spend on food prep. The program is intended to take away stress from your life not add stress.

Q:  Must I take supplements?
